Bad Bunny – Benito Antonio Martinez Ocasio is a Puerto Rapper and singer. He was born on March 10, 1994, but he is better known by his stage name Bad Bunny. Bunny is from Puerto Rico. He is recognized with assisting music performed in Spanish to attain widespread recognition in a variety of worldwide markets, and he is known as the “King of Latin Trap”.

Bunny is the first non-English language act to be crowned Spotify’s most streamed artist of the year, and he has headed the list since the year 2020. This accomplishment makes him the first non-English language act to ever get this honor. Because he generated more than 18.5 billion streams in a single year, he is the artist who now holds the record for the greatest streaming year in the history of Spotify.

  • At the age of 14, he began to write and produce his own interpretations, and in 2013, he began to distribute his songs through SoundCloud. Some of his early releases include “Get” (2013), “Tentación”, and “Just let me know” (2015), among others.
  • In the year 2016, his song “Diles” was played by DJ Luian from SoundCloud, who was impressed enough to sign him to his record company, Hear this Music. The Hot Latin Songs list placed his track “Soy Peor” at position number 19 this week.
  • A song titled “I Like It” was produced by Cardi B, Bad Bunny, and J Balvin, and it was released in May of 2018. Bad Bunny and Drake collaborated on the song “Mia,” which was released on October 11, 2018. The song peaked at number five on the Billboard Hot 100.
  • Oasis is an eight-track album that was created by Bad Bunny in collaboration with J Balvin and was released on June 28, 2019.
