Waller was chosen by the Baltimore Ravens in the sixth round of the 2015 NFL Draft. The Ravens’ selection was the 204th overall pick. The pick was obtained through a transaction that involved Rolando McClain as part of the exchange. In 2015, Waller was the 27th wide receiver to be selected in the draft. Waller was signed by the Baltimore Ravens on May 7, 2015 to a contract for $2.39 million over four years. The deal also includes a signing bonus in the amount of $104,732.

During the entirety of training camp, Waller competed against Marlon Brown, Michael Campanaro, and Kamar Aiken for a spot on the team’s roster as a backup wide receiver. Waller will begin his first professional season as the sixth wide receiver on the depth chart, behind Steve Smith Sr., Kamar Aiken, Michael Campanaro, Marlon Brown, and Breshad Perriman. This position was assigned to Waller by head coach John Harbaugh.

Waller finished with ten receptions, 105 receiving yards, and a score in the opening game of the 2021 regular season, which was a 33–27 overtime victory over the Baltimore Ravens.
