  • The song “Amen,” which had previously appeared on Dreamchasers 2, was chosen to serve as the lead single on Mill’s first studio album and was issued on June 19, 2012. Mill garnered co-signs from both Mariah Carey and Nas before to the release of his debut studio album Dreams & Nightmares.
  • Mill appeared on Mariah Carey’s 2012 single “Triumphant (Get ‘Em),” while Nas stated, “I had my eyes on him. He is the one who will succeed you in running this joint.”
  • Championships was Mill’s fourth studio album, and it was released on November 30 after the album was announced on November 16th, 2018. The album was met with favorable responses from reviewers and opened at number one on the US Billboard 200 chart.

The EP has rap contributions from 42 Dugg, Vory, and Lil Durk, who also appears in the music video for the song “Pain Away.” Within the same month, the movie Charm City Kings was made available for streaming on HBO Max exclusively.
  • Mill announced on July 11, 2022 that he has terminated his management contract with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation Entertainment. He also stated that even though he and the organization are no longer partners in the traditional sense, he and Jay continue to have a positive relationship with one another.
