Tua Tagovailoa – Tuaningamanuolepola Donny “Tua” Tagovailoa is a quarterback for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL). He was born on March 2, 1998. Tagovailoa currently playing for the Dolphins. During his rookie year at Alabama, he was named the Offensive Most Valuable Player of the 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship.

As a sophomore, he was honored with the Maxwell and Walter Camp Awards. He played college football at Alabama (Alabama). Tagovailoa was taken fifth overall by the Dolphins in the Draft of the National Football League in 2020. This came after his junior season was cut short due to a hip injury.

Tua Tagovailoa Career

  • Tagovailoa served as the backup quarterback for Jalen Hurts, a sophomore, throughout the entirety of the 2017 season. Tagovailoa was a true freshman. On the other hand, he was given a substantial amount of playing time as a result of the Crimson Tide’s record of two consecutive blowout victory.
