Laurence Fox – Laurence Paul Fox is a well-known English actor, presenter, singer, and political activist. He was born on May 26, 1978 in England. After graduating from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and making his acting debut in the film The Hole (2001), he is a member of the Fox family, which is prominent in the entertainment world.

His performance as James Hathaway in the drama series Lewis is probably his most well-known work. Holding Patterns is the name of an album that he recorded and released under his own name.

Laurence Paul Fox, the son of Mary Elizabeth Piper and actor James Fox, was born into the Fox family on May 26, 1978 in Leeds. Laurence Paul Fox is the son of the Fox family. His grandfather on his father’s side, Robin Fox, was a talent agency, and his grandmother on his father’s side, Angela Worthington, was an actress whose father was a dramatist named Frederick Lonsdale.

He has a younger sister by the name of Lydia, a younger brother by the name of Jack, and two elder brothers by the names of Tom and Robin. Producing movies is Robin’s job.

Fox first became acquainted with the actress Billie Piper in 2006, when the two were co-starring in the play Treats. Almost immediately after that, they began dating, and on December 31, 2007, they got married.

In the time that they were married, they welcomed two children into the world: Winston and Eugene. They divorced in May of 2016.

• Fox made his debut in the horror-thriller film The Hole (2001), which was released in the year 2001. His subsequent role was in the 2001 film Gosford Park, directed by Robert Altman.

• After that, he appeared in a variety of film and television productions, playing roles that required him to don costumes, such as a German airman in the film Island at War, an SS officer in the film The Last Drop, and British soldiers in the films Deathwatch and Ultimate Force, as well as in Colditz.

• As a direct consequence of this, Fox was selected to play the role of Detective Sergeant James Hathaway in the ITV detective drama Lewis. Hathaway eventually becomes the partner of Detective Inspector Robert Lewis, who is portrayed by Whately. This spin-off from Inspector Morse had the highest-rated drama on ITV in 2006 when it debuted with its pilot episode.                                       

• Additionally, Fox has played Prince Charles in the 2005 film Whatever Love Means; Wisley, one of Jane Austen’s suitors, in the 2007 film Becoming Jane; and Sir Christopher Hatton, the Lord Chancellor of England in the 2007 film Elizabeth: The Golden Age. Elizabeth: The Golden Age was also released in 2007.

• In 2018, Fox became a member of the cast of the British television series Victoria, appearing in the role of Lord Palmerston beginning with the show’s third season, which debuted on PBS in January 2019.

• After making a statement on Question Time in November 2020 in which he implied that a member of the audience’s depiction of him as a “white privileged male” was “racist,” Fox was fired by his talent agency, Artists Rights Group.

• In the earlier part of the year, he was discharged from his prior management company, Authentic Talent. Fox played the role of Hunter Biden in the biopic My Son Hunter, which was directed by Robert Davi and released in 2021.

• He is best known for co-starring in the film with Gina Carano and John James, two other conservative actors, the former of whom was also dumped by her agent after apparently voicing some of the same ideas as Fox.
